A Equipt was founded in 2016 by Andreas and Christian Schou, who both have equestrian sports as a lifelong passion. Already as 10-year-old, Christian and Andreas were introduced to the equestrian sport by their mother, and as the years went by, the horses became their livelihood. It has thus been a great privilege for them to be able to use their many years of experience from equestrian sports to develop A Equipt products in uncompromising quality for both horse and rider.

 

The ambition of A Equipt since its establishment has been to create a brand by riders, for riders. It has been crucial all the way though the development of the brands that it reflects both Andreas and Christian`s identity - both as professional riders but also as individuals, where they are characterized by always striving for absolute perfection. Therefore, all products are also thoroughly tested in the stable at Absolute Horses before they are launched to A Equipt's customers.

 

In 2021, new co-owners joined A Equipt. Line Guldhøj and Rasmus Arendt Nielsen will, in close collaboration with Andreas and Christian Schou, further develop the brand with a clear ambition to create a Danish-owned global brand that develops and sells quality equipment for both horse and rider.
